Boiler

What isa boiler?

The hot water used in buildings today is obtained by different methods.

In general, home heating systems in small and detached buildings are thermosiphons, electric boiler, water heater is utilized. In a way each boiler is an instant water heater.

WHY USE A BOILER?

Individual hot water production in areas where people live and operate collectively will bring more economic benefits on the ground centralized hot water preparation systems have been developed. Especially, factory, apartment, barracks, Since daily hot water consumption will be high in places such as hotels and hospitals. centralized hot water preparation systems This saves both manpower and fuel. The device for preparing hot water foruse is called a boiler.

WHAT IS A BOILER FOR?

Boiler feed requires water with a constant temperature of 90-70 C, also in summer winter works all year round. For this reason, you can use it to feed the boiler. there is a separate boiler. Heating buildings and boilers in the same boiler If necessary, a three-way valve can be used to obtain water at two different temperatures. It is done.

WHERE IS THE BOILER USED?

  • Apartment buildings
  • Detached buildings
  • Hospitals
  • Dormitories
  • Sports facilities
  • Factories

Why Stainless Steel Boiler?

Boiler

All boilers made of stainless steel, pitting type corrosion, is designed considering galvanic corrosion and crevice corrosion conditions.

The corrosion resistance of stainless steel is very high, special manufacturing methods to minimize the risk of corrosion and the structure of the steel is protectedby cathodic protection.

LONG LIFE The lifeof boilers made ofstainless steel, Due to the structure of the material used , it is much more durablethan enamel type
boilers.

SMART INVESTMENT

Stainless steel boilers are durable and easy to maintain they are economicalbecause the whole life of the material is taken into account.

BUSINESS CONTINUITY

Since stainless boilers are long-lasting , theyare used in businesses such as hotel factories . There will be no hot water outages as it will not cause malfunctions. In building applications, the wall is often demolished in order to place new boilers in the boiler room instead of the old boilers, this process will not be necessary since the life of stainless boilers is long.

HIGH STANDARD

Every material used in boilers is tested and manufactured. and are manufactured with special manufacturing methods and machines.

Boiler Technical Specifications

Stainless boilers are manufactured from the following materials;

304L grade stainless steel is the version of 304 grade stainless steel with a carbon content of less than 0.03%. This stainless steel quality, which is almost identical to 304 quality stainless steel in terms of its basic properties, is recommended instead of 304 quality where welding is intense. There is no harm in using 304L instead of 304 quality, 304 quality stainless material instead of 304L quality. However, it would be more appropriate to prefer 304L grade stainless steel in places where welding is intense in order to prevent carbon carburization. This grade has a low carbon content, which minimizes carbon carburization and minimizes the effect of the extreme heat generated during welding. In summary, it is important that 304L quality contains less carbon for easier welding, but there is no harm in using 304 quality instead of this quality.

316 quality stainless steel is a material quality obtained by adding molybdenum and more nickel into 304 quality stainless steel. The corrosion resistance of 316 stainless steel materials is very good even in harsh environments (sea water, acidic liquids, etc.) thanks to its chemical content. In addition, the ultimate strength of 316 grade materials is much higher than 304 grade materials. If parts are to be joined by welding, they are at risk of corrosion due to heating. To avoid such situations , stainless steel grade 316L (1.4404) with a lower carbon content should be used. 316L grade stainless steel is similar to 316 grade stainless steel in terms of chemical content, but contains a lower proportion of carbon. Therefore, 316L stainless steel does not require post-weld annealing even in thick sections.

LIGHTWEIGHT DESIGN, MECHANICAL STRENGTH

Permissible safety stress of stainless steel compared to black steel It can be produced from thinner material because it is higher. All kinds of boilers up to 75-5000 lt, weights of the tanks are 17-% higher thangalvanized immersion and enameled boilers.37%lighter .

HIGH TECHNOLOGY

Stainless steel material is inherently very durable but quality can be manufactured with high technology manufacturing methods.

QUALITY

Each boiler produced has an identity, the materials are tested and then put into production. Test values are available to our dealers/distributors in Turkish or English upon request.

REPAIR

All damages that may occur after faulty assembly in stainless boilers can be repaired again in our factory.

PACKAGING

The products are crated in accordance with the standards of the country to which they will be transported and transported in a way suitable for forklift lifting. For factory deliveries on dealer vehicles for domestic shipments& For truck-based orders, delivery can be made on pallet without crate as there will be no risk of damage.

Boiler Types

It consists of a single seamless cylinder curved from sheet metal.

  • Single coil boiler
  • Double serpentine boiler
  • Electric boiler

are available in three types. Suitable for vertical and horizontal use are manufactured. Large volume ones with removable serpentine are manufactured. Inside there is a serpentine made of pipe. Single serpentine fast boilers are used to generate heat from a single heat source (steam boiler, hot water boiler , solar energy panels , geothermal energy , heat pump … etc.) with the heat energy it receives, both economical and hygienic provides domestic hot water supply. In double serpentine boiler types for example, first the solar collector and the boiler are connected heating is realized primarily by solar collectors In cases where the temperature does not reach the set level, the boiler line automatically as a boiler.
Boilers between 100-10.000 liter volumes
can be manufactured. When choosing the boiler, which boilers we will use and
It is important to know the characteristics of these boilers.

SERPENTINE BOILER PIPE CONNECTIONS

In our figure, serpentine boilers are installed in a low pressure steam installation. connection diagram is seen. Domestic hot water outlet, steam inlet The shallow water inlet to the upper connection end close to the other bottom of the boiler must be connected to the connection end.
Thermostatic valve: It is used in steam inlet. The water in the boiler can be used as desired. temperature, the valve automatically closes the steam inlet. When the water temperature in the boiler drops below the set temperature opens the steam inlet and the heating continues.

Strainer: It is placed before the thermostatic valve. It prevents particles that may come from the installation from damaging the system.
Condensstop: It prevents steam from passing into the return pipe. A by-pass circuit should be made here considering the failure situation.

The diagram below shows the connection diagram of the double serpentine boiler and the boiler connection diagram for obtaining hot water for use by utilizing a low pressure steam heating system. Boiler calculation; boiler volume is calculated according to the place of use and the number of users. The boiler should be placed on solid feet. In addition, insulation is made to prevent heat loss. Regardless of the type of boiler, the connections on it can be dismantled (union, flange and right-left coupling).
